Salary: Staring at £23,000

Contract: Full time, 35 hours

About the role

You will be the first point of contact for members, managing queries, processing new and reinstated memberships, and ensuring all membership and service information is accurate and up to date. The role includes handling general membership administration, supporting members with Welsh Government agricultural scheme requirements, and maintaining records through our CRM system (ZOHO).

You will help organise events such as farm visits, fundraising activities and shows, and work with regional teams and the Head Office team to keep Regional social media channels updated with news and member stories. You will be expected to manage member expectations professionally, follow all internal policies and procedures, engage with company initiatives, and work collaboratively with your line manager and the wider Member Services team to maintain high performance and deliver excellent service.

About you

We're looking for someone with a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills, and ideally, an interest in the agricultural sector.

Essentials

● Strong organisational and time management skills

● Excellent verbal and written communication

● Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools

● Professional and friendly approach to working with members and stakeholders

● The ability to travel to other locations in West Wales for training, key events or meetings

Essentials

● Knowledge or interest in Welsh agriculture, rural affairs, or environmental issues

● Previous experience working with CRM systems or social media management

● Welsh language skills (spoken/written) are a strong advantage

● Experience supporting grant applications or policy-based work in agriculture is beneficial
