Breakfast week marks an important time in our calendar every year as it gives us a chance to get together with friends, family, neighbours and other farmers who we might not see regularly.
“We get to share our thoughts about the state of the industry, worries, concerns and hopes too and that is really important. The last couple of years have been tough for us all and I’m really looking forward to seeing everyone.”
The FUW’s Farmhouse Breakfast is also an opportunity to discuss the most critical farming matters with elected politicians, who are invited to join the Union for breakfast.
FUW Meirionnydd County Executive Officer Huw Jones said: “We extend a warm welcome to all our local politicians and hope many will join us for breakfast. There are many things to discuss and what better way to do that than over a cuppa and breakfast.”
