Following the introduction of new bovine TB regulations on the 1st of October this year, the Farmers’ Union of Wales has organised three bovine TB information workshops to help farmers understand what the new regulations mean for them.
FUW Senior Policy Officer Dr Hazel Wright said: “I would urge cattle farmers across Wales to attend these workshops, as APHA will be present to provide an update on the new rules and to discuss what these rules mean at the ground level.
“Regardless of what bovine TB risk area a farm is in,these changes are complex and can have significant implications for farm businesses. FUW members can use this opportunity to learn about the new rules and to ask APHA any questions they might have about how the rules will affect them.”
